Submitted a ticket on 1/6/23 but didn't hear back from anyone. Called today (1/16/23) and found out that they deny the white glove delivery and will not send a replacement for the broken clock.
Ordered a clock as a Christmas Present that arrived broken - they will not take it back since they will only allow a return 30 days from date of purchase. Also purchased the Xena media cabinet. Both the Bill of Lading & the packing slip say white glove delivery with set up.
When I called & sent an email requesting the freight payment be refunded they said I did not pay for White Glove Deliver and will not refund anything.
Don't Buy from Z Gallerie. It is not their policy to pay any refunds for anything.

Pictures I received of product that I ordered and took straight of the boxI called Zgallerie and asked for a replacement itemasapHaving to jump through hoops just to get a product Inpaid for shouldnt be this difficult. This company will not get anymore of my money.
The product they delivered looks like someone elses return. It was filthy, scratched up and looks completely different than what I selected in the store. Save your money! Im attempting to cancel my remaining orders and have had to call 4 days in a row to request a cancellation.
Everytime I call, a new rep states that a cancellation hasnt been requested. Go figure!

Preferred solution: Expedited replacement merchandise rather than waiting another 2-3 weeks for the replacement.

I just need to speak to someone other than the people I have been speaking to. Hard to understand and I want someone that is able to do something about this.
Placed an order with Zgallery because they had products in stock. Everytime I called they did not know where the order was.
Then they told me out of the 5 pieces 4 were damaged.
When I went to cancel the order they wanted to charge me restocking fees, delivery fees to send back etc. Hard to understand employees, unorganized!!!

Zgallerie Customer Service Sucks and shipping times
Defective dining chair
6 chairs were purchased. Chairs were delivered in approximately 7 weeks.
One chair is defective, Delivery driver suggested I keep defective and start process for a replacement. Driver took photos of defective chair and I took photos which were sent to Fashion Square in Scottsdale, AZ. There was not response from store or shipper. After two phone calls and four weeks I spoke with service department.
An agent phoned saying a appointment with a service adviser is scheduled 3 weeks forward on May 5th.

I requested that I purchase a new chair, have it delivered to Scottsdale store and I would pick it up at my when return from my summer home which I do every few weeks. I would also return the defective chair for credit.
NO, ZGallerie will not work that way. After inspetion it will take approimately three or four weeks for deliverly.l.
Delivery would be make to empty house.
The chairs are great ........ But, ZGallerie needs to bend a little in restrictions.

I ordered furniture Dec 2021.. One piece arrived (damaged) in February and my other piece has been pushed back to June!
The damaged piece (which during the unpacking we noticed a cut in the sofa along with stains) was sent back and the replacement was damaged as well. I have been waiting OVER one month to hear back from "upper management". I have been communicating via email with the escalations department who tells me they can not do anything. Most recently while I am still waiting on upper management to contact me, my contact person in the escalations department sends an email saying "we can not replace the damaged sofa, you have 3 options...
1-have a technician come clean it, 2- take 20% to keep as is, 3- continue to wait to hear from upper management".
I am overly floored at this literal SLAP IN THE FACE. This is so sad and I paid almost 5,000.00 for both damaged furniture and another piece that the date keeps getting pushed back! It's crazy that there is NOBODY that I can speak to. I have gone as far as going into the stores to speak with a manager there and they say they can't do anything b/c the purchase was made online.
I wish I saw these reviews earlier b/c I would have kept my money and taken my business somewhere else.
I just want someone from Z- gallerie to call me and get this resolved. I feel very ignored and disrespected.

Not able to use Gift Cards in Gulfstream store
Ive been a very good customer of Z Gallery located in Gulfstream, Fl. for the the past seven years when I moved to a condo in Ocean Drive.
For Christmas, birthdays and Mothers Day, I have received various gift cards from Z Gallery. Last year I went there to use them and after selecting the items I wanted, I was told their machine for gift cards did not work. I was told to go to the Pembroke Pines store. I was very upset but went.
More than a year has passed and yesterday I went back to Gulfstream to use the rest of my gift cards thinking that the problem with the machine had been resolved but I was once again told that the machine didnt work but that she would call Customer Service and give us the items I had selected. The salesperson was kept on hold for more than an hour and we stood there waiting. She finally told me that she couldnt get through with anyone in Customer Service and for me to go back again to Pembroke Pines which is quite far from where we live. This is totally inconsiderate and I was furious.
I told the clerk that I would never visit that store again. They should have a sign saying that they cannot accept gift cards. There is no excuse for treating customers that way.
I thought that in a year, they had done something about their machine but was told that its been like that for years.
My son payed a lot of money for those gift cards and it has been very inconvenient for me to use them. I already told him not to buy me any more gift cards.
I am very disappointed in Z Gallery in Gulfstream.

Preferred solution: I worked 16 hours without pay. I deserve that. $300 .
