My name is Alicia, I visit Z Gallery at least 1-2 times a month and always find something beautiful to purchase. Today when I purchased a new book, I was not treated with either kindness or respect for the first time ever there.

The young lady who sold me the book was robotic, disengaged and non-communicative. When my transaction was done I thanked her and she did not respond or make eye contact. If the store was busy I would assumed that she was distracted and let it go, but it was not busy at all. The young lady works at your Bridgeport Village location, has short hair swept to the side.

For someone who usually looks forward to going to your store, she has left a foul taste in my mouth. It was an unfortunate encounter, but I learn from people like her how not to be. Thanks for your time and attention.
