Z Gallerie - Poor Quality Furniture and Bad Customer Service

New ReviewerI purchased a pair of the concerto nightstands. The gentleman in the store was very nice and accommodating.
Unfortunately, I can't say the same about their customer service line.
I inspected the nightstand upon delivery and found the cabinet doors lopsided and therefore didn't close. I sent both nightstands back and called customer service. The lady on the line did not apologize.
She pretty much read off script and requested I sent in pictures. It took Z Gallerie 2.5 weeks to redeliver the nightstands. And once again, the nightstands' cabinet doors did not close and one nightstand had a major paint chipped off the corner. I called customer service back and again no apologies.
I was fed up and returned both nightstands. Needless to say I will no longer shop at Z Gallerie.
