I received a $35 print that I ordered online. It must've been on the slow boat to get to my house because I received at about 4.5 weeks after ordering.

No worries, at least it arrived. Of course it was damaged, so I gave them a call. 45 minutes on hold, no answer. I called back the next day and waited 25 minutes on hold for someone to tell me to send a picture of the damage, and they would send a new print to my home.

Five e-mails later...one per week...and nothing. Not a peep. Seriously? What's the point of having a customer service department if you never resolve customer service issues?

Talk about laughable; I can't believe they're still in business.

Monetary Loss: $35.
